It all started through our mutual friend, Martina (Bernice's bridesmaid) back in 2008. We were young and up for anything and everything. It was summer time in Barrow, AK and we were both going to parties, bonfires and bbqs. At first we were just friends of a friend but as we continued to hang out, there was something that connected us. We would go to a party and tune out whatever else was going on and just talk. We would talk for hours. I think we both knew at that point that this was more than just a friendship. We were in love.

   It has been 6 years and we are still in love and as crazy about each other as we were then. We have traveled, Lived in Arizona, lived in Anchorage, vacationed in Seattle, Hawaii, Mexico, and Dominican Republic. We bought our truck and drove it from Anchorage to Barrow on the ice road. We adopted our puppy Bishop. We just recently lost our dog Swiper of 13 years. We miss you both!!

   Our family now consist of our 2 cats, Priya and Dysis and our 2 dogs, Roscoe and Gambet. We live in our recently purchased home in Barrow. We do plan on having children after we get married. Both of us feel like we are in good places as far as our careers go. We try to be active and healthy and constantly challenge ourselves in new endeavors. I, Kelly feel very lucky to be a part of Bernice's family and traditions. They have welcomed me with open arms. As for Bernice, she was instantly a part of my family and continues to be the silliest one of us all. We both look forward to the future and everything this life has to offer. We are lucky to have the friends and family that we have to support us and love us. At this time, we would like to say a big THANK YOU! We love you all!
