The Broom whisked the Bride and several close friends off to dinner for the Brides 30th birthday and proposed at the table with a restaurant full of onlookers.  The Broom was rewarded with a "YES" and a restaurant full of cheers!!! Thankfully, the waitress video taped the entire event!
